What is Healing Words
Healing Words is a therapist-led group counseling experience that uses thoughtfully selected books as a starting point for reflection, emotional processing, personal growth, and meaningful connection. Through guided discussion, psychological insight, practical tools, and faith integration woven throughout, participants have an opportunity to explore what they are learning and connect it to their own lives in a supportive small-group setting.

Our first Healing Words group will explore anxiety, emotions, thought patterns, and practical strategies for greater emotional well-being through therapist-led discussion, reflection, and supportive connection.
Adults 18+ • In Person • 8 Weekly Meetings • $30 per Meeting

Healing Words goes beyond a traditional book discussion. Each meeting combines meaningful reading with therapist-led processing, guided reflection, psychological insight, and practical tools that help participants connect the material to their own lives.

A future Healing Words group will focus on healthier communication and stronger relationships. Together, we’ll explore relationship patterns, expressing needs, navigating conflict, listening and responding more effectively, and building more meaningful connection with others.
