Meet the Therapist
Hi, I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor who cares deeply about helping others heal from painful pasts so they can move forward in life with hope, grace, and a renewed love for themselves and others. I work with individuals navigating challenges such as relationship struggles, feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, or feeling stuck and unsure how to move beyond depression.
My approach is rooted in empathy, acceptance, and connection. One way trauma is described is as “unwitnessed pain,” and when that pain is shared and held by a compassionate person, it begins to lose the power it has over you. My role is to walk with you through that process - offering safety, understanding, and practical tools to help you reclaim your life.
How I Can Help
I work with both teens and adults, offering a safe, supportive space to work through life’s challenges and grow into the best version of yourself. Together, we can focus on:
-
Finding calm in the chaos – Learn practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm so you can feel more grounded and at peace.
-
Setting healthy boundaries – Gain the confidence to speak up, protect your time, and prioritize your needs without guilt.
-
Navigating life changes – Whether it’s a new season, career shift, relationship change, or unexpected transition, we’ll walk through it together.
-
Building self-worth – Develop a deeper sense of confidence and appreciation for who you are.
-
Parenting and family support – Get guidance for strengthening family relationships and navigating the ups and downs of parenting.
-
Strengthening relationships – Improve communication, deepen trust, and create more meaningful connections with the people who matter most.
-
Exploring your values and faith – Discover what matters most to you and how it can guide your decisions and relationships.
-
Moving forward with purpose – Let go of what’s holding you back so you can embrace your next chapter with clarity and hope.
