Individual Counseling
“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.” – Helen Keller
You don’t have to carry it all alone
Personalized support for healing, growth, and lasting change.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, overwhelmed by trauma, or weighed down by life’s challenges—individual counseling is a safe and supportive space to pause, process, and begin healing. At Healing 180 Counseling, I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who are ready to turn toward hope, clarity, and meaningful change.
What We Can Work On Together:
-
Trauma & PTSD
-
Anxiety and panic
-
Depression and low motivation
-
Life transitions
-
Stress management and burnout
-
Relationship patterns
-
Self-esteem and identity issues
-
Faith and spiritual concerns (optional)
No two journeys are the same. Together, we’ll create a customized approach based on your story, your goals, and what matters most to you. I incorporate evidence-based methods like CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to help you process painful experiences without becoming overwhelmed.
How It Works
Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly and last 50 minutes. We’ll begin with an intake appointment to get to know you and identify your goals for therapy. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to guide your healing and growth at your own pace.
Optional Christian Counseling
Your faith can be a powerful part of the healing process. If desired, I offer the option to integrate Christian principles, prayer, or Scripture into your sessions. However, this is always optional—you do not need to be Christian or hold any specific beliefs to receive care.
You’re Not Alone in This
Counseling is a courageous step, and I’m honored to walk alongside you. Whether you're navigating past trauma, present challenges, or future fears, change is possible—and it can begin today.
